Riverside Golf Course
Smoothies At JuiceLand + Walk Around Lady Bird Lake
1625 Barton Springs Rd,
Looking for a healthy boost after all of your taco consumption? Head over to one of our favorite smoothie shops, "JuiceLand" to detox before you re-tox. Make sure you go to their Barton Springs location because you can grab a smoothie and then hit the trail for a breezy walk around Lady Bird Lake.
Breakfast Tacos (Many Locations)
Breakfast Tacos are an absolute must in Austin.
1) Veracruz all natural (our favorite) -- a couple food trucks sprinkled around town and the closest location is in the Line hotel downtown
2) Torchys
3) Tacodeli
4) El chilito
Uchi / Uchiko
801 South Lamar Boulevard, Austin, TX 78704
Sushi? In Austin? Trust us, YES. Sushi with an experience!! Get a rez asap for dinner. Otherwise, you can try and walk in for their Happy Hour. If Uchi is booked, try their sister restaurant "Uchiba" -- equally as good but just different vibes. If you really want the full dining experience just tell the waiter: "feed us" and they'll take care of the rest.
Canje
1914 E 6th St ste c
Austin, TX 78702
If you are able to get a res, please go!! Traditional meets modern in this Caribbean restaurant. Highly recommend the Ceviche & Jerk Chicken!

Walking distance from the Four Season's, this spot has a fun atmosphere, and a fun take on Mexican Food in Downtown Austin.
Suerte
1800 East 6th Street, Austin, TX 78702
Get a rez. A great, fun dinner option if you're planning on staying out on East 6th for the evening, Suerte offers a funky menu with a cool vibe. Big pro tip: if you're going with a group, get more orders of the "Suadero Tacos" than you think you need.
Red Ash
303 Colorado Street, Austin, TX 78701
Walking distance from the Four seasons and Aloft. Amazing Italian Food in a cool, downtown, airy spot. Get a Rez ASAP if you'd like to dine here. This is one of our favorite restaurant's in Austin!
J Carver's Oyster Bar & Chophouse
509 Rio Grande St
Craving a dark moody chic elevated steakhouse? Go here! But also make a Rez ASAP! Hot spot in Austin and for good reason. Exceptional wine list, divine martini, oh and the food is wonderful. Highly recommend going with at least a few people so you can share! Also, get the crab cake. Seriously.
Terry Black's Barbecue

You’ll probably smell this local landmark before you can see it. Pro tip: be wary of the line at peak dining times.
Lichas Cantina
1306 East 6th Street Austin, Texas 78702
Looking for a bit more authentic Mexican cuisine and very casual vibes? Licha's is it! While you can definitely walk in, put your name in & bop to a surrounding bar for a drink to wait, I would make a res if you can.
P6 Lounge Bar

Cocktail with a view?! Say no more. If you are going during happy hour, I would recommend making a reservation to get a good view.
Nido
1121 West Riverside Drive
Cocktail lounge with great views of the city
East Austin (Many Bars)
Austin, TX
Another cluster of bars, but a more cool, and funky vibe, it's where you'll find most locals on a Friday/Saturday night. Try "Latchkey" for fun dance bops, "White Horse" if you feel like actual line dancing, "Whisler's" for a great cocktail, "Lucky Duck" if you just don't know what you want, or honestly any of the bars on East.
West 6th Street (Many Bars)
West 6th Street, Austin, TX
And yet, another strip of bars. West 6th is home to the post-college, post-frat crowd. While we have moved away from journeying to "West" every weekend, we still like: "Rustic Tap" for the live music and a country feel, "The Cat's Pajamas" for their Tiki-style decor and Pina Coladas, "Beez Kneez" for their espresso martini, "Dirty Bills" because who doesn't love a good dive bar that plays bangers all night long. Is Dirty Bills packed? Head over to "Key Bar" for similar music + outdoor patio
